Solution Engineer, Identity - Central (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the Central U.S. region; listed locations include Chicago, Illinois; Austin, Texas; Jefferson City, Missouri; and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Travel up to 30% is required.

Salary: $206,400–$283,800 per year, with potential additional bonus and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Partner with account executives and sales specialists throughout customer engagements.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical walkthroughs, workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Help customers improve authentication, access management, and identity governance across enterprise environments.
• Explore integrations with directories, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot APIs, authentication flows, directory services, and integration configurations.
• Communicate technical concepts to engineers, IT stakeholders, business audiences, and customers.

Requirements

• Experience with Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, or related security technologies.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, federation, directory services, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience or exposure to platforms such as hirify.global, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Postman or similar tools, command-line tools, and basic scripting.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CISSP, or equivalent experience; ability to travel up to 30%.
