Principal Consultant – SOC Transformation & XSIAM Deployment (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote; travel up to 30% required

What you will do

• Advise customers on full-scale SOC modernization using XSIAM.
• Lead multinational SOC transformation programs and enterprise-scale XSIAM deployments from strategy through operationalization.
• Design log ingestion strategies to provide high-quality data for the XSIAM platform.
• Architect, implement, fine-tune, and optimize detection strategies and correlation rules.
• Improve analyst alert handling and response through automation.
• Build and mentor professional services teams while maintaining collaboration and accountability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience deploying and integrating SIEM or security analytics solutions in large enterprise environments.
• 8+ years of experience with SOC tools, processes, and workflows.
• Hands-on expertise across SIEM, SOAR, EDR, cloud security, and threat intelligence.
• Experience modernizing SOCs through automation, AI-driven detection, and measurable MTTD/MTTR improvements.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, from SOC analysts to CISOs.
• Ability to travel up to 30%; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• CISSP, GIAC, or other industry-recognized certifications.
• Experience with Splunk, IBM QRadar, or other SIEM technologies.
