Domain Consultant (SOC Transformation)

Location: Remote within the United States, with listed locations in Boston, Massachusetts; Hartford, Connecticut; Jersey City, New Jersey; and New York City, New York. Field sales work may require travel for in-person customer meetings.

Salary: $206,400–$283,800 annually, with possible commission, restricted stock units, and bonus.

What you will do

• Recommend and develop Cortex-based customer solutions with account teams.
• Present security solutions to customers from practitioners through senior leadership.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs and lead customer demonstrations.
• Scope and lead Proof of Value projects to validate solutions and support technical wins.
• Architect security solutions, document high-level designs and use cases, and support implementation and value realization.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with Product Management, Technical Marketing, competitor intelligence, and R&D.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Security Operations or pre-sales/sales engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, XDR, or EDR environments.
• Advanced knowledge of SIEM and/or SOAR solutions and a solid understanding of Security Operations Center processes.
• Customer-facing experience with strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in English.
• Scripting experience is useful, with Python preferred; IBM QRadar design, deployment, or pre-sales experience is highly desirable.
• Applicants must be able to work remotely from the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
