Electrical Engineer (Electronic Design)

Location: Wilton, Connecticut, United States; onsite presence is required, with remote work available up to two days per week

Salary: $102,375–$151,000 base annual salary

What you will do

• Specify, design, develop, integrate, and test electrical modules, tools, and related systems.
• Design analog and digital circuits, PCBs, power distribution, safety circuits, PLC systems, cables, harnesses, cabinets, racks, and control consoles.
• Define requirements, specifications, interfaces, and technical design decisions with traceability.
• Develop product validation and verification strategies, test tooling, simulations, emulations, and hardware test solutions.
• Plan and execute component, sub-module, module, and system-level testing and integration.
• Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot electrical issues, manage technical risks, and coordinate with cross-functional partners and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required; a master's degree or PhD is preferred.
• At least four years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with electronic design automation tools, E-CAD, and printed circuit board design.
• Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, validation, and verification.
• Knowledge of circuit simulation tools, electronic laboratory equipment, MATLAB, LabVIEW, and Python.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States export administration regulations before starting work.
