Senior Electrical Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Corporate office in Beverly, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $124,050.32–$186,075.49 base salary per year, plus eligibility for a team incentive bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, develop, modify, and evaluate electronic components, integrated circuitry, and electrical hardware systems.
• Execute engineering projects for electromechanical systems involving power distribution, vacuum systems, high voltage, control systems, robotics, safety interlocks, and electrostatic chuck technologies.
• Plan and support requirements, schedules, concept reviews, design reviews, verification, and validation testing.
• Provide electrical engineering support to the design services group and offshore teams to deliver quality designs on schedule.
• Analyze equipment, conduct experimental tests, evaluate results, and select reliable components based on specifications.
• Ensure designs meet objectives, safety requirements, SEMI industry standards, and customer-specific requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• At least five years of individual-contributor experience in electrical or electronic hardware design.
• Experience with technical design reviews and formal engineering change processes.
• Experience in one or more of systems engineering, high voltage, RF power, PCB design, or power distribution.
• Design experience with Altium, PADS, and PSpice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Creo Schematic, Creo Cabling, AutoCAD, or Windchill.
• Semiconductor capital equipment experience.
• Experience reviewing vendor capabilities for product development.
