Finance - Corporate FP&A, Vice President

Expected annual base salary: $150,000–$250,000

What you will do

• Lead firmwide forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare senior-management reporting on financial results, outlook, drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead key elements of the quarterly earnings process, including segment reviews, variance analysis, executive materials, and coordination with Investor Relations.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses connecting business activity, assets under management, revenues, expenses, and earnings.
• Coordinate operating metrics across business units and support the CFO and senior management on strategic initiatives.
• Improve finance processes, controls, data quality, reporting, and team capability through standardization, automation, and effective use of finance systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, management reporting, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, management reporting, or public-company reporting processes.
• Experience managing and developing finance professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, judgment, organizational, and presentation skills, including the ability to advise senior executives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Anaplan and Essbase is preferred.

• Alternative asset management experience.
• CPA, CFA, or an advanced degree.
• Experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan and Essbase.
