Technology Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Boston, Massachusetts, with four days on-site Monday–Thursday and remote work on Fridays; Seattle, Washington is also eligible.

Annual base salary: USD 103,500–115,000, depending on location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional equity, bonuses, commissions, and benefits may apply.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, operations, and measurement of Technology learning and development programs.
• Own performance and promotion cycle operations, including the Technical Review Process, training, communications, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Develop an AI and workflow-automation roadmap across learning, performance, promotions, onboarding, reporting, and team operations.
• Partner with Technology, Talent, People Operations, data, security, privacy, and platform teams to launch and scale automation solutions.
• Maintain project plans, dashboards, operating cadences, decision logs, OKR processes, and leadership-ready business reviews.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify risks, prioritize improvements, and enhance employee and manager experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, talent management, learning and development, people operations, HR transformation, or a related business-facing role.
• Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder programs from strategy and design through execution, measurement, and iteration.
• Experience with cyclical talent processes such as performance management, promotions, calibration, talent reviews, or learning programs.
• Practical experience designing, launching, or improving workflow automations or AI-enabled processes.
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Google Sheets or Excel proficiency and experience building metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, change-management, project-management, judgment, and discretion when handling confidential employee data.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS and talent systems, learning platforms, survey tools, project-management tools, or BI tools.
• Experience with n8n or similar workflow-automation platforms, no-code or low-code tools, AI copilots, agents, or prompt and workflow design.
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices, including human review, quality measurement, privacy, security, and change management.
• Experience supporting global or distributed teams and working in a technology, digital product, engineering, or other technical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Learning and Development, Communications, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
