Binance Accelerator Program - Monitorship (Web3)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; work-from-home arrangement, which may vary depending on the business team's needs.

What you will do

• Provide operational support for compliance and legal projects, including document preparation, deadline tracking, records management, and administrative coordination.
• Prepare kick-off decks, status updates, meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and compliance communications.
• Coordinate the deployment of compliance vendor solutions, including logistics, meetings, and progress monitoring.
• Support business analysis, process mapping, workflow improvements, and cross-team follow-ups.
• Conduct research on AML/CFT and other compliance topics.
• Maintain compliance systems such as Relativity by organizing data, running basic queries, and checking data accuracy.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree and strong academic performance.
• Interest in compliance, legal operations, project coordination, or related fields.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfort learning new systems and conducting analysis with Excel, Python, or similar tools.
• Ability to collaborate with teams across different time zones and follow through independently.
• Willingness to provide support during weekends when business needs require.

Nice to have

• Prior internship, campus leadership, research, or project experience.
• Experience with compliance, legal, operations, or project coordination.
