NetSuite Administrator & Integration Analyst

Location: Carlsbad, California, USA; hybrid or office-based work environment. Occasional after-hours support and an in-person interview may be required.

Salary: $95,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support for NetSuite, Salesforce, WooCommerce, Stripe, Avalara, SPS Commerce, Celigo, Zapier, and Amazon platforms.
• Troubleshoot system, data, and workflow issues across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, payment, tax, shipping, and EDI integrations.
• Support orders, fulfillment, invoicing, customer accounts, shipping workflows, payment processing, reporting, and Amazon operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot MuleSoft integrations and participate in future integration platform migrations.
• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and support testing, validation, and deployment of enhancements.
• Document workflows and integration mappings and coordinate with vendors, consultants, and software providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems, integrations, or eCommerce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, eCommerce platforms, middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato, and integrated business workflows.
• Experience supporting APIs, data integrations, or workflow automation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work independently across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with SPS Commerce, EDI, Avalara, Stripe, Amazon Seller Central, or Vendor Central.
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, data analysis, order-to-cash, fulfillment, shipping, or inventory workflows.
• Background in manufacturing, consumer products, retail, eCommerce, or hardware-based businesses.
• Experience with modern event-driven integration architecture or relevant Salesforce, NetSuite, or integration certifications.
