Appraisal Project Manager (Insurance Property)

Location: Fully remote within the United States, or based out of USF offices in Metairie, Louisiana; Malvern, Pennsylvania; or Marietta, Georgia. U.S. Persons only due to ITAR export-control requirements.

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Enter, verify, dispatch, and proactively manage insurance property appraisal assignments.
• Track cycle times, service-level agreements, file statuses, and detailed documentation.
• Communicate project status with clients and provide timely phone and email support.
• Assign, manage, and monitor field appraisal teams while maintaining consistent communication.
• Review appraisal reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Process invoices and identify operational issues and process-improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Familiarity with Xactimate and Xactanalysis.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web browsers, and PDF tools, with the ability to learn internal systems.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR export-control requirements.

Nice to have

• Insurance claims experience.
• Experience suggesting process improvements and collaborating across operational teams.
