Product Designer - Visual Craft

Location: Australia & New Zealand; remote

hirify.global is an all-in-one creative asset toolkit combining creative assets and AI tools for designers, filmmakers, editors and other creative professionals.

What you will do

• Design experiences for hirify.global's core app that help creative professionals find, generate and refine assets.
• Take ideas from early concepts through to polished customer experiences and creative workflows.
• Make AI-assisted capabilities easy to discover and use, including adapting media, maintaining visual consistency and sequencing video clips.
• Prototype ideas quickly with Figma, code, motion and AI-assisted tools.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to influence product direction and resolve visual and interaction details during implementation.
• Help evolve hirify.global's visual language with the Product Visual Lead and other designers.

Requirements

• Strong visual craft across typography, composition, hierarchy, motion and interaction.
• Solid UX fundamentals and product thinking for commercial products used to accomplish real work.
• Ability to explain design decisions and the reasoning behind visual and interaction choices.
• Interest in new creative technology, with experience experimenting with AI, prototyping or design-to-code tools.
• Ability to share unfinished work, respond to feedback and collaborate effectively with engineers and product specialists.
• Must be based in Australia or New Zealand.
