What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of leadership development programmes and participant experiences.
• Manage schedules, communications, launches, retreats, coaching, exchanges and other programme activities.
• Coordinate sponsors, subject matter experts, suppliers, delivery partners and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain programme plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, governance documentation and delivery oversight.
• Support budget tracking, resource coordination and operational readiness.
• Analyse participant and programme data, feedback and external insight to evaluate outcomes and improve delivery.

Requirements

• Strong project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience managing integrated plans, dependencies, risks and governance.
• Confident stakeholder management, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Ability to coordinate delivery across multiple teams and external partners.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and proactive follow-through.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating multiple programmes or workstreams in a large, complex or matrixed organisation.
• Knowledge of leadership development, learning, talent, organisational development or People & Culture programmes.
• Experience with participant-facing programmes, virtual events or blended learning.
• Experience with external suppliers, programme budgets and logistics.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid or other structured programme delivery approaches and programme evaluation.
