Senior Project Manager (AI)

Location: Latin America preferred; candidates in Santiago, Chile may work remotely or from the Santiago office, while candidates outside Santiago will be fully remote. Working hours should align with PT or ET.

What you will do

• Lead complex digital projects and programs from initiation through closure, managing scope, roadmaps, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate client business outcomes into execution strategies, project plans, and measurable delivery metrics.
• Own delivery artifacts including statements of work, status reports, resource trackers, risk logs, and closure materials.
• Adapt Agile, hybrid-Agile, and waterfall methodologies to project needs while streamlining workflows with AI tools and automation.
• Govern agentic engagements by defining AI-human responsibilities, review gates, permissions, risk controls, and client expectations.
• Lead client workshops and cross-functional teams across strategy, design, engineering, QA, and data while mentoring project managers and coordinators.

Requirements

• 8+ years of end-to-end digital delivery experience in consulting or agency environments for enterprise clients.
• Experience partnering with senior client stakeholders, including directors, vice presidents, and C-suite leaders.
• Expertise in Agile and waterfall delivery, software development lifecycles, CI/CD, and cross-functional product delivery.
• Experience with digital ecosystems such as headless or composable CMS, e-commerce, loyalty, personalization, analytics, and platform integrations.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Notion, Instagantt, Smartsheet, and Google Suite.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs and AI workflows, with the ability to critically review AI outputs before client delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience leading agentic delivery, building reusable AI skills or automations, or introducing AI workflows to clients.
• Familiarity with BMAD, Markdown, CLI-based AI tools, MCP connectors, or relevant AI certifications.
• Commerce or loyalty program experience, a computer science background, or PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience delivering AI or agentic products for clients.
