Recruiter, Operations (Automotive)

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers, interviewers, leadership, and HR teams throughout the talent acquisition process.
• Recruit for operational, high-volume, non-technical, and technical roles, including fleet operations, manufacturing, and on-the-ground support.
• Build candidate pipelines and directly source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, portfolio platforms, and industry meetups.
• Facilitate hiring decisions and manage the offer process.
• Improve the candidate experience and recruiting processes for high-volume hiring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2+ years focused on high-volume or operational hiring.
• Experience recruiting across a broad range of operational, non-technical, and technical positions.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to assess behavioral fit and role competencies.
• Proficiency with passive candidate sourcing and alternative sourcing techniques.
• Experience using an ATS to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines; Zoox uses Lever.
• Ability to deliver results and manage robust pipelines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
