Location: New York, NY, United States; onsite office position

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 base salary per year, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Support strategic business planning, operating model assessments, and platform growth initiatives across multi-asset investment mandates.
• Compile and analyze executive KPIs, business dashboards, fee and revenue models, assets under management, and flows reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks in portfolio onboarding, reporting, and trading workflows and coordinate platform enhancements with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams.
• Support business risk assessments, supervisory procedures, entitlement reviews, regulatory compliance, and operational controls.
• Maintain the integrity and consistency of business metadata across pipeline, onboarding, profitability, and leadership analytics systems.
• Manage business unit administration, entitlement approvals, expense governance, and presentations for strategic reviews and town halls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, asset management, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial and operational modeling and PowerPoint skills for executive presentations.
• Ability to distill complex data into actionable leadership summaries and handle sensitive business information with discretion.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a dynamic investment environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or SQL.
• Interest in workflow automation and modern financial technologies.
