What you will do

• Lead the integration of investment insight into FP&A planning and forecasting.
• Analyze actual results versus plan, isolate key drivers, quantify implications, and recommend management actions.
• Shape the analytical agenda for planning cycles and strategic initiatives.
• Synthesize perspectives across investments, ALM, product P&L, Finance, Treasury, and business leadership.
• Translate complex investment and financial dynamics into executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
• Design scalable, driver-based attribution frameworks as part of Finance Transformation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Treasury, Investments, Strategy, or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance investment portfolios and their impact on STAT and GAAP financials.
• Experience partnering across functions and influencing stakeholders in matrix organizations.
• Ability to communicate complex financial and investment concepts clearly to senior audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with investment management, ALM, or insurance product pricing.
• Understanding of enterprise financial planning, capital management, dividend frameworks, or risk considerations.
• Experience shaping discussions in ambiguous environments and influencing decisions beyond immediate scope.
