Electro-Mechanical Actuation NPI Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Shelby, North Carolina, United States

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage one major program or multiple smaller programs in line with contract requirements and company policies.
• Develop program plans covering project timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and organizational objectives.
• Launch and drive strategic and operational initiatives across core programs.
• Establish change-management processes, documentation libraries, communication plans, and training.
• Coordinate program scheduling, administration, accounting, and execution standards.
• Plan, direct, and oversee routine and complex projects using delegated authority.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Project management, negotiation, transaction-structuring, and strategic-planning skills.
