Manager, Product Management - MDES Localization (Fintech)

Location: O'Fallon, Missouri, United States. The listed US compensation ranges also include Purchase, New York.

Base salary: $130,000–$221,000 USD in O'Fallon, Missouri; $150,000–$254,000 USD in Purchase, New York. Annual bonuses or commissions may also apply.

What you will do

• Assess market-specific, regulatory, and domestic payment requirements for MDES localization.
• Define localization approaches with MDES product owners and recommend reusable market-specific solutions.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable product capabilities with product, architecture, and technology teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders across legal, compliance, privacy, regulatory, regional, and technology functions.
• Create internal product documentation and customer-facing implementation guides for issuers, acquirers, and service providers.
• Represent the product team during certification processes for localized MDES launches.

Requirements

• At least four years of relevant professional experience, including two or more years in product management or business analysis.
• Experience working with legal, compliance, regulatory, regional, or market stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience defining requirements and delivering product capabilities with technical and product teams.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, quantitative analysis, organization, and written communication skills.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall software development life cycles.
• Working knowledge of payment tokenization, transaction processing, and credit or debit card payments; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Experience using generative AI tools to improve productivity with appropriate review and validation.
