Senior Associate, Investor Relations - Emerging Markets Equities

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, United States

Base salary: $150,000–$225,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Support client meetings by preparing portfolio, market, performance, and positioning materials.
• Prepare responses to regular and ad-hoc investor inquiries about holdings, performance, risk exposures, and emerging markets developments.
• Coordinate portfolio updates, quarterly reviews, conferences, presentations, fact sheets, commentary, and talking points.
• Manage deliverables, timelines, cross-team inputs, and the quality of final investor materials.
• Develop insight into portfolio holdings, country and sector exposures, performance drivers, and strategy positioning.
• Synthesize investment insights and market developments into clear, client-ready communications.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in institutional asset management.
• Direct experience supporting public, long-only equity strategies is required; emerging markets equity experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of public equity markets and fundamental, bottom-up investing.
• Ability to interpret portfolio characteristics, performance attribution, and benchmark-relative positioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, or the ability to obtain them within a compressed timeframe; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• MBA, CFA, or another recognized advanced credential.
