Senior Associate, Investor Services - Hybrid

Location: Hybrid role based in Evansville, IN; Bellevue, WA; Dallas, TX; New York; Union, NJ; or Windsor, CT. Work in the local office 6 days per month.

Salary: $55,000–$90,000 in New Jersey; $65,000–$115,000 in New York; $80,168.40–$118,000 in Washington, plus potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Provide fund administration services for domestic and offshore hedge fund and private equity fund clients.
• Act as the primary contact for fund investors and managers through email and telephone correspondence.
• Process investor subscriptions and redemptions in line with offering documents and AML requirements.
• Prepare, validate, and distribute investor statements, letters, and related documents.
• Prepare wire transfer instructions, confirm bank cash activity, and communicate updates to fund accounting and management.
• Participate in system and process improvements while managing complex tasks and small projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Effective oral and written communication, active listening, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment with shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
• Ability to work overtime when required to meet client and department deliverables.
• Availability to work in the local office 6 days per month.

Nice to have

• Experience in hedge fund or private equity fund administration and/or investor or shareholder services.
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering and KYC procedures.
• Experience in financial services.
