MFG Test Software Technician (AI)

Location: Secaucus, NJ, United States; onsite manufacturing support with possible weekend and night shift rotation during NPI phases.

What you will do

• Support and maintain manufacturing test software for enterprise servers at L10 and racks at L11 across production facilities.
• Execute test commands during New Product Introduction phases, collect logs, document symptoms, and report findings to test software program and engineering teams.
• Maintain documentation covering test procedures, execution instructions, and troubleshooting playbooks.
• Manage hardware firmware, driver, software updates, and patches to maintain system stability and security.
• Collaborate with test, manufacturing, and failure analysis engineers to align testing requirements and quality standards.
• Rotate weekend and night shifts when required during NPI manufacturing test validation.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing test software development or sustaining for enterprise server, storage, or networking products.
• Proficiency with Linux commands, Bash scripting, and Linux-based tools for data collection and analysis.
• Hands-on experience deploying firmware and driver updates, software updates, and security patches.
• Experience working effectively across multiple sites and cultures.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, verbal and written communication, and independent collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Secaucus, New Jersey, and support rotating shifts during NPI phases.
