Design Quality Assurance (DQA) Co-op (Medical Devices)

Location: Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States; onsite co-op running from January 2027 through August 2027.

Salary: $27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Create, review, and implement validation and verification test cases and test plans.
• Perform functional testing across software, products, and complete systems.
• Track test results and identify, report, and follow up on failures and defects.
• Collaborate with product development teams to isolate failure modes and reproduce product problems.
• Participate in product and subsystem requirements development and test plan reviews.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a degree program at the start of the co-op.
• Bachelor’s degree program in Biomedical Engineering required.
• 0–2+ years of experience testing software in a product development environment.
• Experience documenting requirements and test plans using tools such as DOORS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn software engineering tools in Windows and Linux environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
