Senior Manager, Product Test Engineering (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead Product Test Engineering teams across Taiwan, Thailand, and Malaysia supporting wafer sort, RF, and final test operations for semiconductor products.
• Establish and execute the Asia PTE strategy for consistent test quality, yield, throughput, infrastructure, and operational excellence.
• Drive cross-site improvements to optimize test quality, ATE uptime, manufacturing efficiency, and cost of goods sold.
• Partner with OSAT subcontractors, Design Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders on test requirements, quality objectives, and production readiness.
• Lead NPI activities, including ATE hardware development, test solution transfer to high-volume manufacturing, and test coverage strategies for new packages and chip features.
• Manage test system updates, equipment qualification and maintenance, wafer disposition, nonconformance investigations, engineering change notices, and data-driven resolution of production issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of semiconductor test engineering experience, including wafer sort, RF test, final test, and high-volume manufacturing.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience leading geographically distributed, multi-site teams.
• Hands-on experience with wafer- or die-level ATE testing, NI Semiconductor Test System, Accretech probers, 200mm and 300mm prober operations, and package-part handling.
• Strong RF testing, ATE hardware and software debugging, test coverage, margin analysis, binning, data analysis, and Statistical Process Control experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for presenting technical findings and collaborating across global teams.
