Staff Product Engineer, Optics (Semiconductor)

Location: Hsinchu City, Taiwan; onsite role.

What you will do

• Debug and characterize digital and analog circuit performance for new semiconductor products.
• Analyze high-volume production data and conduct test-lab experiments to resolve yield and test problems.
• Define and optimize production test screen specifications to improve yield, quality, test time, and DPPM.
• Define yield and manufacturing specifications for wafer sort, final test, and system-level test insertions.
• Lead test-flow optimization, test-time reduction, and test-insertion improvements.
• Support product qualification, package and fab qualification, RMA testing, and customer escalations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of semiconductor product engineering experience.
• Strong experience with ATE testing, test methodology, silicon processes, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Experience with Agilent 83K or 93K testers.
• Ability to collaborate with design, process, test, hardware, firmware, DFT, DFM, customer-facing, and quality teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, accountability, and multitasking skills.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled technology may be required; applicants may be subject to an export license review.
