Executive Assistant (Robotics)

Location: On-site in Redwood City, California, United States; occasional travel required.

Base salary: $120,000–$250,000 per year, plus potential equity.

What you will do

• Manage and protect founders' calendars, prioritize competing requests, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, customer demos, visits, preparation, logistics, and follow-up.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, last-minute changes, and rebooking.
• Plan team offsites and company events, and source and manage vendors for events and office needs.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, candidate visits, interview logistics, and special projects.
• Identify operational gaps, track commitments, and proactively solve tasks without an obvious owner.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in executive support, executive operations, or a similarly fast-paced role.
• Extremely fast, reliable, highly organized, adaptable, and resourceful.
• Strong judgment and the ability to work autonomously with limited direction.
• Clear, concise, and professional communication with founders, teams, investors, vendors, and visitors.
• Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to work on-site in Redwood City and travel occasionally.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology startups, venture capital, investment banking, or consulting.
