Consulting Solutions Architect (Technology Alliances)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States

Annual base salary: $205,000–$308,000 USD. The role may also be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Own the technical definition of joint solutions with strategic technology alliance partners, from use-case selection and reference architecture through integration, validation, and publication.
• Run joint labs, interoperability testing, and validated designs across block, file, object, hybrid, and cloud data services.
• Act as the technical conduit between alliance partners and hirify.global Product Management, aligning requirements, APIs, automation needs, certifications, and roadmaps.
• Translate joint solutions into go-to-market plays, pipeline opportunities, qualification criteria, technical positioning, and competitive proof points.
• Enable partner architects, product teams, and field organizations through technical content, workshops, events, and reusable reference materials.
• Coordinate specialist and engineering resources and make successful joint solutions reusable across the wider partner organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical leadership, with a record of building partner- or alliance-led business.
• Direct experience working with technology alliance partners and building, certifying, launching, and selling joint solutions.
• Deep knowledge of modern data platform architecture, including block, file, object, unstructured data at scale, hybrid and cloud data services, Kubernetes, and as-a-service models.
• Working knowledge of compute, databases, networking, virtualization, AI/ML data pipelines, data governance, classification, cyber resilience, and data protection architecture.
• Practical command of integration, API-driven infrastructure, and validated reference architecture.
• Strong written, diagrammatic, and verbal communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence across organizations without direct authority.
