Product Engineer (React)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; on-site five days per week

Base salary: $75,000–$175,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop and support user experiences for configurable end-to-end enterprise applications using React and JavaScript.
• Design and optimize baseline data structures and perform data mapping for real-time data flows across systems.
• Support third-party integrations, system testing, cloud scaling, and performance optimization with guidance from senior engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and team learning sessions.
• Own engineering sprint deliverables and ensure their quality, accuracy, and timely completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 1–5 years of professional or internship experience in software engineering or product development.
• Academic or professional experience with React and/or JavaScript.
• Fundamental understanding of data structures, backend systems, and data mapping.
• Knowledge of third-party integrations, system testing, or application performance.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS applications or enterprise systems.
• Fluency in AI and large language models, including practical use of AI tools.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.
