Associate Project Manager - Civil Site Design (Civil Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead the full project life cycle for small-to-mid-sized civil site design and development projects.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and secure resources for each project stage.
• Define and communicate project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and progress to clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Track costs, identify risks and additional costs, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct project meetings, maintain project records, coordinate contract negotiations, and support client relationships.
• Mentor staff on project management best practices and enforce applicable regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in site design and development.
• Project management experience with scope, schedule, and budget control.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience with Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
