Regional Chief Technology Officer, NAMER West (ERP)

Location: Remote United States; must be based in the North America Pacific or Mountain time zone. Regional and international travel may be required.

Salary: $170,000–$240,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Advise customers and prospects on enterprise architecture, ERP strategy, technology road maps, and best practices.
• Discuss Oracle, SAP, cloud infrastructure, databases, Java, cloud deployments, data integration, and cybersecurity for ERP workloads.
• Build credibility with executive stakeholders, address technical sales objections, and identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the regional organization at conferences, industry events, boardroom sessions, roundtables, and other public forums.
• Create webinars, articles, white papers, media interviews, and other educational thought-leadership content with marketing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of deep technical expertise, enterprise architecture advisory, and ERP road-map consulting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP modules, implementation, deployment, and functionality, including Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP ECC, or S/4HANA.
• Experience with on-premise and cloud deployment models, IaaS, SaaS, cloud platforms, workload migration, and ERP cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of public speaking, media engagement, content publication, or thought-leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a CIO or in a similar role, with successful ERP implementations and IT transformations.
• Fluent English is required; strong communication in the local regional language and regional availability in the specified U.S. time zones are required.

Nice to have

• Experience negotiating with ERP vendors.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, and other SaaS solutions.
• Additional spoken languages.
• MS/MBA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
