Summer Intern - Biologics Research (Biotechnology)

Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire, United States; full-time, in-person presence required

Salary: $20.00–$35.00 hourly

Global biopharmaceutical company developing therapies for patients with serious and rare diseases.

What you will do

• Support the discovery and early-stage development of biotherapeutic candidates.
• Perform protein characterization, including biophysical assays and stability assessments.
• Carry out cloning and expression protocols for biotherapeutic candidate development.
• Evaluate and contextualize experimental results in collaboration with the research team.
• Maintain accurate records of experimental workflows.

Requirements

• Current Master's or PhD student in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Protein Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with molecular biology and cloning techniques.
• Experience with candidate screening.
• Experience with or knowledge of recombinant protein expression and purification.
• Ability to conduct accurate experiments and maintain thorough documentation.
• Ability to work full-time in person at the Lebanon, New Hampshire laboratory for 12 weeks.

Nice to have

• Experience developing novel assays and screening procedures.
• Previous biotechnology industry experience.
