Summer Intern – Quality Systems & Business Processes

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Bridgewater, New Jersey office, with remote work most of the time and in-person collaboration as needed

Pay: $20.00–$35.00 hourly

What you will do

• Document a selected business process and create a process map with input from the Quality team.
• Analyze process and system data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop draft user guides, work instructions, and training materials for a Quality system or process.
• Support user acceptance testing by documenting results and tracking feedback under team guidance.
• Participate in potential rotational assignments and contribute to goals supporting the company’s strategic business plan.

Requirements

• Current student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and summarize key findings.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Comfort working with digital tools and platforms.

Nice to have

• Interest in Quality systems and the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
