BI Data Acquisition Analyst (Hospitality Data)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding, re-onboarding, validation, and go-live activities for hotel properties participating in Demand360.
• Coordinate integrations with PMS providers, channel managers, and hospitality technology partners such as OPERA Cloud, StayNTouch, Infor HMS, Cloudbeds, Duetto, and Otelier.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, partners, and internal business and technical teams.
• Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot reservation, group, occupancy, booking source, market segment, and rate plan data.
• Manage historical data loads, migrations, baseline creation, resynchronizations, and onboarding remediation.
• Improve onboarding processes, data governance, quality controls, and operational workflows while communicating validation results and go-live readiness.

Requirements

• Hospitality industry experience and knowledge of hotel operations, terminology, standards, and business processes.
• Experience with Property Management Systems, reservation data, central reservation systems, or hospitality technology platforms.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation.
• Understanding of Business Intelligence, ETL processes, data integration, databases, data warehouses, or data architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
