Portfolio Analyst, Private Capital

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; in-office 5 days a week

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually; target annual bonus of 5%

What you will do

• Collect and organize borrower financial statements for accurate and efficient data management.
• Support portfolio monitoring by tracking key performance indicators and borrower compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and help address their needs.
• Provide product feedback, contribute to new feature development, and test product improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success to solve customer and product problems.
• Participate in company initiatives and projects while supporting company values and desired behaviors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, commonly in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 1 year of work experience, including internship experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficiency with financial statements and strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, judgment, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience adapting to changing business needs and taking ownership of issue resolution.
• Finance or accounting background aligned with private credit portfolio monitoring.
