Location: Remote, Tennessee, United States
Pay: Up to $60 per hour, commensurate with experience.

What you will do
- Partner with Talent Acquisition recruiters to define requisition requirements, sourcing priorities, and candidate profiles.
- Manage sourcing and initial screening for approximately 10 or more concurrent requisitions.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, social platforms, web research, referrals, and talent communities.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct structured screens, document qualifications and motivations, and present qualified candidates with clear screening notes.
- Maintain pipeline data, candidate activity, dispositions, and notes in Workday and other recruiting tools while contributing to sourcing campaigns and process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience sourcing and screening candidates in a corporate, agency, or recruitment process outsourcing environment.
- Ability to engage passive talent and evaluate candidates against defined job requirements.
- Ability to manage 10 or more concurrent requisitions, competing priorities, deadlines, and service expectations.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, partnership, and candidate communication skills.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management tools; Workday experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred, along with strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience sourcing for manufacturing, operations, engineering, research and development, technical, or other specialized roles.
- Knowledge of chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industries.
