Talent Sourcer

What you will do

• Manage sourcing for multiple complex and evergreen GTM searches, primarily in Japan.
• Build and execute sourcing plans, define target profiles, and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial qualification screenings and maintain meaningful candidate relationships.
• Partner with recruiting teams, hiring managers, regional leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
• Lead talent branding initiatives, including hiring webinars and employee-focused articles.
• Provide talent mapping, market insights, data analysis, and process improvements to increase sourcing efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, either in-house or agency, or relevant transferable experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools; familiarity with Boolean and AI-powered searches or willingness to learn.
• Strong time management, prioritization, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
• Persistence, attention to detail, self-motivation, and commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
• Ability to contribute to recruiting operations, including ATS maintenance, sourcing-channel management, and recruiting data analysis.
