TL;DR
Scrum Master (Agile/Cybersecurity): Overseeing delivery across multiple development teams building authentication, login security, and customer-facing cybersecurity capabilities with an accent on Scrum and Kanban facilitation, dependency management, and roadmap execution. What you will do

  • Facilitate Scrum and Kanban delivery processes across multiple development teams.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate delivery across multiple stakeholders.
  • Support roadmap execution, quarterly planning, and delivery planning activities.
  • Maintain a healthy delivery pipeline and remove delivery roadblocks.
  • Drive continuous improvement and guide teams through organizational change.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience facilitating Scrum and/or Kanban delivery processes.
  • Experience with Jira, VersionOne, and cross-team dependency management.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Charlotte, North Carolina.
