Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote with required commuting to client offices in Falls Church, Virginia approximately every two weeks.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day delivery across a complex, multi-workstream enterprise software implementation.
• Maintain the program plan, track milestones, identify schedule variances, and coordinate priorities across onshore and offshore teams.
• Manage risk and issue logs, enforce RACI governance, and drive escalation and resolution.
• Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives, track velocity, and maintain backlog hygiene in Jira.
• Coordinate dependencies and integration touchpoints with the technology implementation team.
• Maintain delivery documentation, support scope and budget tracking, and coordinate onboarding and go/no-go readiness activities.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise software delivery engagements.
• Experience managing hybrid onshore and offshore delivery teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong proficiency with Jira, sprint management, backlog grooming, reporting, and dashboard configuration.
• Experience with risk and issue logs, program plans, delivery governance, agile ceremonies, and velocity tracking.
• Experience preparing client-facing status reports and coordinating with third-party technology implementation teams.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot for documentation, reporting, meeting summaries, and program tracking.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with ERP modernization, cloud platforms, enterprise data programs, or production cutover planning.
• Consulting or professional services delivery experience.
• Experience in construction or construction-related technology projects.
