2nd Shift Fabrications Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year, plus a 7% second-shift premium

What you will do

• Lead teams in the Fabrications and Machining departments for hirify.global Paving Products.
• Monitor and improve shop-floor safety, product quality, production velocity, and cost performance.
• Coordinate workloads, priorities, production sequences, tooling, fixtures, and processing methods.
• Determine overtime and staffing needs, assign work, track time, and ensure completion dates are met.
• Improve processes and reduce costs by eliminating non-value-added activities.
• Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CQMS, and ISO-related initiatives while training and developing employees.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, planning, organizing, and performance-management skills.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers.
• Must work onsite in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, on the second shift.
