Organic Marketing Strategist (Email)

Location: Hybrid role in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

What you will do

• Lead quarterly organic marketing planning for assigned client accounts and manage campaign timelines with the Design team.
• Develop and execute campaigns across email, SMS, organic social media, Shopify, and other assigned channels.
• Build and optimize email and SMS automations, segmentation strategies, deliverability practices, and mobile-friendly templates.
• Write email and SMS copy, create simple visual assets, coordinate complex creative work, and secure client social content.
• Set up promotional discount codes, update Shopify homepage banners, and ensure campaign assets pass internal QA and client approval.
• Monitor analytics, prepare and present recurring reports, analyze customer journeys, and recommend improvements based on data from email platforms, Google Analytics, Shopify, and competitor research.

Requirements

• BA or BSc in Marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain effective colleague and client relationships.
• Ability to work independently, self-teach when needed, and take initiative.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Cincinnati, Ohio.
