MDM Vendor Domain Analyst (Oracle eBS)

What you will do

• Process MDM requests, incidents, data setups, and bank verifications for vendor golden records.
• Create and update vendor master records in Syndigo and Oracle eBS using intake form information.
• Validate vendor specifications and ensure complete uploads across relevant systems.
• Correct data defects, perform data cleansing and validation, and monitor data quality exceptions.
• Maintain integration processes and support adherence to data governance standards and operating procedures.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and operating manuals, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or relevant experience of at least 1–2 years in procurement or business support.
• Understanding of data modeling, data quality, and data profiling.
• Experience with Microsoft desktop applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, communication skills, organization, flexibility, and attention to detail.
• Advanced English and Chinese required.
