Senior Marketing Specialist (Life Sciences)

Location: Fully remote, but must be based in the UK. International travel may be required for up to 10% of the time.

What you will do

• Develop marketing plans with the Market Development team to support business objectives and demand generation.
• Build and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns across events, webinars, direct mail, and social media.
• Generate and qualify leads, coordinate follow-up with sales, and support new funnel opportunities.
• Manage budgets allocated to marketing tactics.
• Conduct post-campaign reviews and apply results and learnings with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing communications, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Track record of successfully executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience with event management, direct mail, and social media marketing.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to take responsibility, show initiative, and start as soon as possible.
• Ability to work remotely from the UK and travel internationally when required, up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with lead qualification and management in Salesforce.
