Digital Media Specialist (Pharma/Biotech)

Location: Fully remote with minimal travel.

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop social and digital channel content for clients.
• Report on analytics and social insights to create optimization and amplification recommendations.
• Apply digital standards and best practices to drive stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate on creative briefs and documentation for digital programs.
• Deliver digital tactics that support business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of social media or digital marketing experience in a regulated industry such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or financial services.
• Professional experience with social media reporting and analytics.
• Understanding of paid promotion on Meta, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, organization, deadline management, and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external partners; proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WorkFront.

Nice to have

• Digital or media marketing agency experience.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations guiding social media for biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients.
