Specialist, Business Analysis (Digital Assets and Innovation)

What you will do

• Support the analysis, definition, and delivery of digital assets and innovation initiatives, products, and enhancements.
• Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and operational requirements.
• Create and maintain process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors.
• Evaluate business problems, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.
• Support vendor evaluations, proof-of-concepts, product assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Right to work in Ireland is required; employment permit sponsorship is unavailable.
• Several years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, product delivery, consulting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques, process modelling, requirements management, Agile delivery, and software development lifecycles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a dynamic environment, and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and requirements management platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with technology-enabled change initiatives in financial services or another regulated industry.
• Understanding of Agile, Kanban, and product development practices.
• Knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, tokenisation, digital custody, digital cash, cryptocurrency reporting, or emerging financial technologies.
• Experience implementing AI agents or applying AI effectively within delivery teams.
