TL;DR

Billing Analyst (Billing/Accounts Receivable): Managing customer account billing, researching billing inquiries, reviewing AP aging reports, and maintaining accurate financial records with an accent on Excel-based analysis using pivot tables and VLOOKUP. Focus on handling multiple accounts, resolving billing issues, and applying standard accounting procedures.

Salary: $65,000 annually

What you will do

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts related to billing.
Research and respond to billing inquiries.
Review accounts payable aging reports.
Use Excel daily, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Maintain accurate records according to company standards.
Handle additional office and administrative tasks.

Requirements

3–5 years of billing or accounts receivable experience.
Previous experience in billing, finance, or a related field.
Experience with data entry.
Knowledge of standard accounting procedures.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
