Salary: $75,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own day-to-day accounts payable operations.
  • Audit and approve Expensify reports.
  • Support month-end close, including customer invoicing, revenue recognition, prepaids, and accruals.
  • Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
  • Coordinate subsidiary accounting and maintain ERP systems.
  • Support the annual financial audit, corporate tax filing, and ad hoc accounting projects.

Requirements

  • BS degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA certification required.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, including experience at both an audit firm and a technology company.
  • Strong proficiency with NetSuite.
  • Experience with Expensify or similar expense management platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and high professional ethics.
