Accounts Payable Analyst (Accounting/Finance): Processing supplier invoices, payment requests, and invoice-related queries in a hybrid finance operations role with an accent on end-to-end RTP processes, compliance, and accurate month-end closing support. Focus on investigating payment discrepancies, resolving root causes with other departments, and driving continuous improvement in accounts payable workflows.

What you will do

Process supplier invoices, credit memos, and authorized payment requests for PO, non-PO, and freight charges.
Respond to invoice-posting inquiries from internal colleagues, suppliers, and other end users.
Support compliance procedures for end-to-end RTP processes and assist with audits and management requests.
Participate in month-end closing activities, including preparing accrual files.
Investigate accounting and payment discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with other departments.
Support corrections, incoming calls, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in RTP, accounting, or finance.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Confident knowledge of end-to-end RTP processes.
Strong organization, time management, analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
