TL;DR
Billing Analyst (Excel/Accounts Receivable): Managing customer billing accounts and responding to billing inquiries with an accent on AP aging reviews, accurate recordkeeping, and daily Excel analysis. Focus on researching account issues, using pivot tables and VLOOKUP, and maintaining billing data across multiple priorities.

Location: Remote within the US

Salary: USD 30 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts related to billing.
  • Research and respond to billing inquiries.
  • Review accounts payable aging reports.
  • Use Excel daily, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Maintain accurate records according to company standards.
  • Perform other office and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of billing or accounts receivable experience.
  • Previous experience in billing, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, especially pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Experience with data entry and standard accounting procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain accurate records.
