What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives focused on workforce capacity planning and staffing forecasts.
• Develop staffing models using historical volumes, membership forecasts, productivity, processing times, and operational data.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex data into staffing and financial recommendations.
• Evaluate market-specific staffing and capacity requirements across state-based health plans and business units.
• Support the deployment, adoption, and product ownership of analytic tools and technology.
• Monitor SLAs, customer satisfaction, staffing trends, and workforce capacity indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or IT, healthcare administration, statistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business, analytics, or IT.
• Experience with workforce capacity planning, workforce modeling, or staffing forecasts is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and SQL integration with Excel is desirable.
• Working knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or SAS.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or consulting organizations.
• Experience with technology product ownership, development, deployment, and user adoption.
• Background in organizational performance management, continuous improvement, customer feedback, change management, learning and development, or human resources.
