What you will do

• Lead analytics and insights planning for payer, access, pricing, contracting, and reimbursement strategies across the medical benefit portfolio.
• Analyze pharmaceutical ecosystem datasets, including medical and pharmacy claims, prescription, outlet, chargeback, formulary, specialty pharmacy, and payer data.
• Deliver managed markets analyses covering formulary position, utilization management, customer segmentation, and payer sophistication.
• Prepare and present recurring reports tracking product and portfolio performance against business objectives.
• Perform longitudinal patient-level analysis, time series modeling, segmentation, and issue diagnostics.
• Build strategic analytics models and communicate actionable insights using SQL, R, Python, and Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of business experience, master’s degree with 4 years, bachelor’s degree with 6 years, associate’s degree with 10 years, or high school diploma/GED with 12 years.
• Experience analyzing products with medical and pharmacy benefit usage.
• Understanding of buy-and-bill products, provider reimbursement, contracts and pricing, payer environments, and the U.S. healthcare market.
• At least 5 years of healthcare experience in biopharmaceuticals, healthcare, and/or strategy consulting, including coverage, access, and reimbursement expertise.
• Strong analytical, conceptual problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is required by the role’s U.S. location.
