Automation Site Equipment Area Owner

Location: Brantford, Ontario, Canada, at the Greater Toronto Fulfillment Centre; onsite plant role with flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends and travel as needed.

Starting pay: CAD $39.32 per hour

What you will do

• Lead an equipment area within a module and own daily results, loss reduction, and standards deployment.
• Identify chronic issues and special-cause disruptions across lines, leading failure analysis to root cause.
• Standardize procedures, planned work orders, maintenance strategies, tracking tools, and technical databases.
• Lead improvement projects, validations, and successful reapplication of solutions across other lines.
• Partner with zone owners, line leadership, operations, internal experts, and vendors to maintain process and equipment performance.
• Audit autonomous maintenance activities and build technical expertise and leadership across the module.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Canada; work authorization sponsorship is not available.
• 1–3 years of experience in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Equipment-area skills, process improvement, zone standardization, process control systems, and quality systems knowledge.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to work at heights, around warehouse equipment, in varying temperatures, and lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb.
